Presidential Profile

Janice Kochan is the Vice-President, Operations for the Eastforest Homes Group of Companies one of our region's largest home builder's with a diversified product line.  A product line that includes single detached homes, custom luxury homes, town homes and mid-rise condominiums.  In her role, Janice is responsible for Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Customer Service, IT and Office Systems Administration. Janice's ten years of extensive experience in the construction industry, twenty years management experience in the insurance industry and her expertise as a strategic planner have been pivotal in building brands and generating results for some of Canada's leading companies. Janice has proudly served with the WRHBA for the past four years on the Board of Directors and in the last three years on the Executive Committee.

As an achievement oriented leader she has specialized in leadership development, marketing, human resources and customer service organizational enhancements. Janice's ongoing education includes leadership development at Eckerd College Florida, Marketing Management Diploma, University of Western Ontario and Services Marketing at the Arizona State University.
